STAY AWAY – worst supplier I’ve met in 10 years. Lured me with a prototype at USD 4.20, then tripled the price to USD 11 and still shipped junk. Batch 100 % defective: wrong fully‑threaded bolts, crooked welds, loose stop‑nuts, 1 cm lever play. Every spec and PI clause ignored. They had promised custom screws, then hid behind MOQ excuses and swapped in cheap parts without asking. When confronted they blamed “shipping” and dangled a small refund. Alibaba mediation scraped back only €493 on a €3 000 order: I’m left with VAT, duties, >€700 rework, one‑month sales freeze and staff I paid to sit idle. Supplier broke the 5 % defect refund clause, produced a different “demo” unit to mislead the dispute, and vanished once cash cleared. They ignored six improvement documents, gave zero accountability, only excuses and price hikes. Buyer protection? Forget it—Alibaba just mediates and pushes you to accept crumbs. Do not risk a cent with this factory – unrecoverable loss, zero professionalism.
